Job Requirements
- Able to stand for 4 to 8 hours with or without accommodation
- Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds
- Hearing, speaking, seeing abilities required

- Ability to work overnight shifts generally from 8 pm to 5 am

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking or food production experience preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts independently
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and brand standards
Job Duties
- Prepare baked goods including donuts, munchkins, muffins, croissants, bagels, and other prep products
- Maintain and clean production areas including ovens, equipment, freezers, floors, walls, and bakery cases
- Follow all food safety standards including dating and marking products
- Fill and frost donuts, stock donut cases during morning hours
- Clean and organize workstations and production areas at the end of shifts
- Operate restaurant equipment following safety guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and respond positively to coaching and feedback
