Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in bakery or food production preferred
ability to stand for long durations
capability to lift heavy items

Job Duties

prepare bakery products according to Costco formulas
bake a high volume of bakery items efficiently
maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bakery area
ensure products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards
comply with food safety and hygiene regulations
monitor ingredient inventory and report shortages
assist with loading and stocking bakery products
