Job Duties
- Prepare and bake high volume bakery products using standardized recipes
- perform bakery product preparation and sanitation duties
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- follow food safety protocols and regulations
- operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- stock and organize bakery products as needed
- assist with inventory and supply management
