Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous baking experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
Strong work ethic and reliability

Job Qualifications

Experience in baking or a related culinary field
Ability to work with various baking equipment

Job Duties

Bake breads, cookies, and pastries that meet quality standards
Decorate cakes and prepare fancy desserts
Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely
Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
Engage with customers to provide excellent service
Ensure all baked goods meet freshness and safety guidelines
Assist with inventory management and stocking as needed
