Job Requirements

- experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- passionate baking of breads, cookies, and pastries
- producing fancy desserts and decorating cakes
- operating ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- ensuring baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- maintaining clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- interacting with customers to enhance their experience
- supporting team efforts and contributing to community engagement
