Ability to operate baking equipment safely

Job Duties

Prepare breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts
Decorate cakes and other baked goods
Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
Ensure products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
Interact with customers to provide excellent service and share product knowledge
Assist with inventory management and baking supplies
