Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- relevant baking experience preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- physical ability to lift moderate weights
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior baking experience in a commercial setting is advantageous
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to operate baking equipment
- attention to detail and a passion for baking
- willingness to learn and adapt
- customer service experience is beneficial
Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts
- decorate cakes professionally
- operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely
- maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- engage with customers and provide excellent customer service
- uphold quality, freshness, and safety standards
- assist with inventory management and stocking
