Job Requirements

Minimum education of high school diploma or GED
Prior experience in baking or food preparation preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift bakery products
Basic math and reading skills
Compliance with health safety and sanitation guidelines
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Experience in baking or pastry production preferred
Ability to operate bakery equipment safely and effectively
Strong attention to detail and quality
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Willingness to learn and adapt to new baking techniques

Job Duties

Prepare breads cookies and pastries using ovens mixers slicers and proofers
Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
Maintain clean organized and well-stocked display cases and shelves
Ensure all baked products meet quality freshness and safety standards
Interact with customers to provide excellent service and product knowledge
Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
Collaborate with team members to maintain a smooth bakery operation
