Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move pan trucks weighing up to 1500 pounds
Good attendance and punctuality
Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 5:45 AM
Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Ability to comply with safety protocols and use prescribed safety equipment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Two years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong decision-making and communication skills
Knowledge of food safety standards including HACCP, CTS, SOP, GMP, and JSA
Ability to follow exact formula specifications
Ability to maintain workstation cleanliness and organization

Job Duties

May be assigned to any of the makeup and packaging positions on any line
Rack products as needed
Monitor bags and check for quality of product and packaging materials
Operate bagger and kwik-lok machines
Case product into baskets or cases keeping up with line speed
Check for quality and proper wrap and bagging
Assist other positions during operation and perform other duties as requested
