Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of related experience or equivalent education and training
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move pan trucks up to 1500 pounds
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to comply with safety procedures
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years related experience or equivalent training
- Strong decision-making skills
- Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP, SOP, GMP
- Ability to follow precise formula controls
- Communication skills
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Hands-on experience with packaging and baking equipment preferred
Job Duties
- May be assigned to any makeup and packaging position on production lines
- Rack products as needed and monitor bags
- Check for quality of products and packaging materials
- Maintain product weights and operate equipment such as ovens, dividers, and baggers
- Ensure product codes and packaging clarity
- Assist other positions as needed
- Set up ovens and proofer per specifications
