Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Minimum two years related experience or equivalent education and training
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Physical capability to lift 50 pounds regularly and move 1500 pounds
- Experience in a food production environment preferred
- Ability to understand and follow safety protocols
- Good attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to work early morning shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
- Ability to use hands and arms to manipulate materials and equipment
- Compliant with use of personal protective equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Two years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and training
- Strong decision-making and communication skills
- Ability to adhere to strict food safety standards including HACCP, CTS, SOP, GMP, and JSA procedures
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization adhering to 5S standards
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and move pan trucks up to 1500 pounds
- Ability to work well in a high-pressure, team-oriented production environment
Job Duties
- Assist in various makeup and packaging positions such as makeup helper, moulder operator, divider operator, oven operator, lidder, pan operator, slicer/feeder, bagger, caser, or packaging helper
- Rack products and monitor packaging and product quality
- Operate bagger and kwik-lok machines and case product into baskets or cases
- Monitor bags and codes for clarity and correctness, ensuring proper wrap and bagging
- Maintain specific product weights at the divider and set up oven and proofer per product specifications
- Support and assist other positions during operation and perform other duties as requested
