- must be of legal age to serve liquor according to state law
- dependable
- able to work weekends and holidays

- able to lift up to 30lbs occasionally

Job Duties
- maintain a professional appearance at all times
- provide prompt and efficient customer service
- display knowledge of the food and beverage menu
- take guests food and/or drink orders and relay them to kitchen or bar
- serve beverages and prepared meals to guests accurately and timely
- adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies including confirming legal drinking age and stopping service to intoxicated guests
- check back to ensure guest satisfaction and replenish items as necessary
- suggest and serve dessert, coffee and other applicable items
- handle all cash and/or credit card payments following standard operating procedures
- keep tables, dining room and workstations sanitized and organized
- listen and respond to customer complaints
- perform clean-up and closing procedures as assigned
- perform other duties assigned by supervisor or manager
