Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- eligible to work in the United States
- must have a valid state-issued driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
- ability to use electronic devices including iPads/tablets, computers, and mobile devices
- effectively communicate both in-person and through electronic means
- pass a background check and drug screen
- eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable)
- ability to work any day/shift, including holidays, within a 24/7 operation

Job Duties
- load and unload passenger luggage and cargo on and off aircraft
- operate baggage handling equipment such as conveyor belts and trolleys
- sort and route baggage to the correct flight and carousel
- ensure timely delivery of baggage to and from aircraft
- inspect baggage for damage or security risks and report any issues
- follow safety guidelines and procedures while handling baggage
- work closely with other ground staff to ensure efficient baggage processing
