Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Able to work full-time including weekends
- Physically capable of lifting and transporting luggage
- Must comply with airport and governmental regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders
- Willingness to undergo background checks and security screening
Job Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Customer service experience preferred
- One year of similar work experience preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate in English
- Ability to follow safety and procedural guidelines
- Capable of handling physical demands of the role
- Willingness to work weekends and flexible shifts
Job Duties
- Assist airline passengers with proper luggage handling
- Meet all arrivals as scheduled and assist at baggage claim
- Load, unload, and transport passenger luggage
- Handle over-sized and unusual luggage items including skis, dog kennels, and strollers
- Ensure luggage is safely placed on baggage handling systems
- Adhere to all airport and government policies and regulations
- Communicate effectively with passengers, co-workers, managers, and security personnel
