Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- no high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
- must be able to communicate in English
- one year of prior work experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift baggage
- willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Meet and greet passengers in baggage claim areas
- assist with lost, delayed, or damaged luggage issues
- log flights and monitor baggage delivery
- update records for late-arriving bags
- initiate and update files for lost, damaged, or stolen baggage using airline systems
- work with ramp services and delivery vendors to ensure timely return of baggage
- provide airport and airline information to passengers
- make baggage arrival announcements
- follow FAA, airline, and company regulations
- adhere to safety and security standards
- handle unclaimed luggage
- prepare delivery orders
- maintain accurate documentation
