Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels and other breakfast items according to recipes and standards
- manage prep baking and assist line cook duties as needed
- follow prep lists and complete cleaning tasks daily
- maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- stand for extended periods during the shift
- collaborate with back-of-house team through cross-training on all BOH positions
- ensure timely and efficient production during high volume service periods
