Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must have or be able to obtain a food handler's card or OLCC permit
- previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- ability to work in both smoking and non-smoking environments
- physical capability to stand and move for extended periods
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- able to work in a team and independently
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- Obtain and maintain a current food handlers card or OLCC permit
- previous related experience is preferred
- ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- effective multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- strong customer service skills
- familiarity with POS systems and cash handling
- physical ability to perform demanding tasks
- flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and seat customers in a high-volume environment
- answer phones and direct customers to their seating
- expedite and deliver food from kitchen to patrons
- help clean and set tables when needed
- restock supplies and perform general cleaning
- sell tickets and concession items
- check IDs for alcohol purchases
- operate POS systems and handle cash
- serve food and pour beverages including beer, wine, and spirits
- wait on and bus tables in dimly lit theater settings
- maintain excellent customer relations with patrons
- report safety concerns to management
- stay current on company events, history, and product knowledge
- perform other duties as assigned by management
