Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
  • Ability to work third shift hours
  • Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs above head
  • Ability to withstand extremes of hot and cold temperatures
  • Must adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
  • Ability to perform accurate inventory and quality checks
  • Must be available for full-time employment on a 3-shift operation

Job Duties

  • Weigh raw ingredients according to recipe
  • Coordinate ingredients by placing them in barrels and drums
  • Perform constant and accurate inventory checks
  • Stage materials according to recipe
  • Complete paperwork and IQS entries
  • Cover staged ingredients
  • Place recipe tags on barrels or carts
  • Clean and sanitize work area
  • Assist with other recipes as needed
  • Assemble and changeover equipment as assigned
  • Verify product quality, item numbers, and weights
  • Follow all required safe work practices including PPE and JSA
