Job Description
Kraft Heinz in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is a prominent food manufacturing facility known for producing a range of household favorite products, including frozen soups and macaroni and cheese. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment preferred
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs overhead
- Willingness to work third shift (9:30 pm to 6:00 am)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety and food quality standards
- Flexibility to perform multiple positions as required

Job Duties
- Weigh raw ingredients according to recipe
- Coordinate ingredients based on recipes by placing them in barrels, drums, etc.
- Perform constant and accurate inventory checks on ingredients according to schedules
- Stage materials according to recipe
- Complete paperwork and IQS entries
- Cover staged ingredients
- Place recipe tag on barrel or carts when recipe is complete
- Clean and sanitize work area
- Help with other recipes as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Assemble and changeover equipment as assigned
- Verify product quality, item numbers, weights
- Follow all required safe work practices including PPE and JSA
