Job Requirements
- Must be a high school graduate or have a GED
- Ability to work a non-traditional schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the company’s insurance policy
- Must comply with the ELS drug and alcohol policy
- Basic computer knowledge
- Must be able to work in all areas located on airport property involving exposure to dust, dirt, moving machinery, temperature changes, heights and noise levels
- Must be able to use personal protective equipment
- Must be physically capable of lifting and moving weights frequently up to 50 lbs and occasionally over 50 lbs
- Must have vision and hearing adequate for the job
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or general education degree (GED)
- Previous work experience in an airport environment preferred
- Ability to accept responsibility and be accountable for actions

Job Duties
- Assists in clearing jams from the baggage handling system
- Assists technicians or other personnel with basic maintenance such as sweeping, cleaning and greasing
- Completes all safety training as assigned by the company
- Complies with all ELS safety programs, policies and procedures
- Performs additional duties/assignments as required by management
- Responds to and corrects fault conditions within the baggage handling system
- Uses basic computer skills to log in, retrieve and answer emails and take training
