Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to lift at least 50 lbs above head
- prior manufacturing or food production experience preferred
- ability to follow detailed instructions and recipes accurately
- ability to work in shifts including early mornings
- strong attention to safety protocols

Job Duties
- Check viscosity of soup
- wash and sanitize kettles after every formula
- process a daily schedule by referring to recipes and coordinating prep department
- fill out paperwork, IQS entries and inspections
- load ingredients into kettle
- take samples to QA
- retrieve and return containers from prep/blanch
- verify product quality, item numbers, weights, and HAACP checks
- follow all required safe work practices including PPE and JSA
- perform other duties as assigned
