Job Qualifications

minimum of one year experience in restaurant or hospitality industry preferred

ability to learn and retain menu details including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens
ability to maintain a calm and composed presence during high-volume service

Job Duties

support servers and expeditors by delivering food and beverages promptly to guests while ensuring proper presentation and accuracy
clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain dining room flow and guest satisfaction
monitor pacing of the dining room to anticipate service needs and assist teammates proactively
ensure cleanliness and organization of service stations, side stands, and dish areas throughout the shift
assist with polishing silverware, glassware, and flatware to maintain Gravity Haus service standards
partner with the expeditor to confirm orders are complete, plated correctly, and delivered hot and fresh
communicate clearly between front-of-house and kitchen teams regarding guest requests, allergies, or order adjustments
