Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • support servers and expeditors by delivering food and beverages promptly to guests while ensuring proper presentation and accuracy
  • clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain dining room flow and guest satisfaction
  • monitor pacing of the dining room to anticipate service needs and assist teammates proactively
  • ensure cleanliness and organization of service stations, side stands, and dish areas throughout the shift
  • assist with polishing silverware, glassware, and flatware to maintain Gravity Haus service standards
  • partner with the expeditor to confirm orders are complete, plated correctly, and delivered hot and fresh
  • communicate clearly between front-of-house and kitchen teams regarding guest requests, allergies, or order adjustments
