- must be able to work nights/weekends/holidays
- TIPS certification or equivalent required
- past serving or restaurant experience preferred
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours per shift
- ability to push/pull up to 150lbs

Job Duties
- Brew coffee/ice tea according to event schedules and restock as needed
- empty and clean all machines at end of each work shift
- communicate with banquet kitchen to ensure proper timing for food events
- deliver food from kitchen to necessary floors per events occurring
- complete the distribution of plated meals from kitchen hotbox to banquet serving trays
- clean and mop floors and working area before end of each shift
- read and understand banquet event orders and complete requisition sheets for next event day
- be on time and in proper uniform when scheduled
- attend department meetings as scheduled
- maintain a professional and positive attitude when communicating with guests, vendors, and associates
- report any guest dissatisfaction or unusual incidents to management
- comply with policies and procedures and practice safe work habits
- write shift reports on incidents of theft, accidents, or injuries when assigned
- perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned
- participate in task forces and committees as requested
- perform any other tasks or duties as requested by management
