Job Requirements
- Must be able to maintain composure around high-profile artists and guests
- Ability to work in a hectic and loud environment
- Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
- 1 years' plus backstage, production or hospitality experience
- 2-3 years' work experience in a comparable role
- 1-2 years' leadership experience
- Physical ability to walk, climb stairs, lift and carry equipment
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Positive outlook and strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Natural interest in helping others and a heart for service
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, marketing, business, human resources or related field preferred
- 2-3 years' work experience in a backstage, production, or hospitality role
- 1-2 years' leadership experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication skills and positive outlook
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and creativity
- Ability to engage others effectively
- Public speaking or meeting facilitation skills a plus
- Passion for service and helping others
Job Duties
- Administer various Live Nation and venue programs supporting local production and touring personnel
- Maintain back-of-house hospitality and backstage division goals
- Meet and greet tours, assign dressing rooms, and serve as hospitality point of contact
- Manage laundry services for tours and maintain dressing room cleanliness
- Partner with backstage catering to fulfill artist rider needs and culinary expectations
- Participate in the venue's sustainability program including waste sorting and artist education
- Serve as the backstage brand ambassador and lead service culture initiatives
- Complete post-event service recaps and analyze service reports to drive improvements
- Research best practices and collaborate with Artist Services and Venue GM to enhance artist and crew satisfaction
- Facilitate show advances with Production Managers and Catering Teams
- Conduct pre- and post-show walkthroughs, document backstage area conditions and repairs needed
- Oversee dressing room and bus stock, including after-show meal coordination
- Co-manage backstage program budgets and process vendor invoices with management
- Maintain metrics, track artist preferences, manage backstage survey and competition rate
- Coordinate memorable hospitality moments such as birthdays and special celebrations
