Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year backstage, production, or hospitality experience
- 2-3 years work experience in comparable role
- 1-2 years leadership experience
- Ability to maintain composure in hectic environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, and Adobe
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Physical ability to walk, climb stairs, and lift 30 lbs
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Passion for hospitality and service
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must take direction and feedback well

- Public speaking or meeting facilitation skills a plus
Job Duties
- Maintain back-of-house hospitality expectations and backstage division-wide goals
- Maintain inventory of hospitality supplies and organize storage
- Plan seasonal schedules for food trucks and activities and secure approvals
- Create a high-quality, warm, and welcoming backstage atmosphere
- Ensure all backstage areas are clean, set, and welcoming
- Coordinate with Production and catering to meet artists’ rider requirements and exceed culinary expectations
- Work with Production Managers and Catering Teams to facilitate advances
- Act as main hospitality contact for touring crews on show days
- Oversee and assist Production Assistants with hospitality setup and maintenance
- Perform laundry duties including washing, drying, and folding towels
- Participate in venue’s sustainability program and educate teams
- Complete Post Event Service Recap and analyze service reports for improvements
- Maintain knowledge of local services and excursions for tours
- Research and develop venue opportunities to enhance engagement and satisfaction
- Conduct pre- and post-show backstage walkthroughs
- Create memorable hospitality moments for special occasions
