Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, communications, marketing, business, human resources, or a comparable field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of backstage, production, or hospitality experience
- 2-3 years of work experience in a comparable role
- 1-2 years of leadership experience
- Must be able to maintain composure and professionalism around high-profile artists and guests
- Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Highly detail oriented and able to follow up until all items are addressed
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Must have a positive outlook and strong communication skills
- Position requires constant physical activity such as walking, climbing stairs, lifting and carrying equipment
- Must be able to lift 30 lbs using proper lifting techniques

- Public speaking or meeting facilitation skills are a plus
Job Duties
- Administer various Live Nation and venue designed programs to support local production and touring personnel
- Maintain back-of-house hospitality expectations and backstage division-wide goals
- Partner with local backstage catering to ensure Artist rider requirements and culinary expectations are met
- Work with Production Managers and Catering Teams to facilitate advances
- Meet and greet tours upon arrival, assign dressing rooms, and serve as point of contact for all hospitality needs
- Perform light laundry duty including stage towel care or dropping off items at laundromats
- Participate in venue’s sustainability program, including implementing resource conservation and waste prevention efforts
- Act as backstage brand ambassador and represent the service culture program
- Complete Post Event Service Recaps and analyze service reports to create improvement plans with Artist Services and Venue GM
- Research best practices and collaborate with the Artist Services team and Venue GM to develop venue engagement and Artist/Crew satisfaction
- Conduct pre- and post-show walkthroughs with checklist to prepare backstage areas and document damages
- Oversee dressing room and bus stock, including coordinating after-show meals
- Co-manage applicable backstage program budgets and process vendor invoices with General and Production Managers
- Maintain service metrics and share information with Artist Services Team, including tracking Artist preferences and managing backstage tour personnel surveys
- Partner with Production Manager, Artist Services team, and Live Nation Tour representative to create hospitality-minded moments at shows including special celebrations
