Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in catering, food service, or hospitality preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to lift 25 lbs
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • excellent organizational skills

Job Duties

  • approach all encounters with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner
  • maintain constant communication with guests and on-site contact to ensure all expectations are met or exceeded
  • respond appropriately to complaints or unsatisfied guests to ensure guest satisfaction
  • collaborate with the catering department to review and fulfill all tour rider requirements for food and beverage
  • assist with meal service, including setup, supervision, and cleanup when requested by touring groups
  • set up and maintain backstage areas with snacks, beverages, waters, and other requested items
  • work with the catering department to place catering and supply orders, including making in-person purchases for items that cannot be ordered online
  • ensure all rider requirements and catering needs are delivered accurately and on time according to tour schedules
  • maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards in backstage catering areas
  • act as a point of contact for catering-related needs during events, providing excellent service to touring personnel
  • assist with inventory management of food, beverages, and supplies
  • support the catering department with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
