Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in catering, food service, or hospitality preferred
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- strong communication skills
- ability to lift 25 lbs
- valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- excellent organizational skills

Job Duties
- approach all encounters with guests and colleagues in a friendly, service-oriented manner
- maintain constant communication with guests and on-site contact to ensure all expectations are met or exceeded
- respond appropriately to complaints or unsatisfied guests to ensure guest satisfaction
- collaborate with the catering department to review and fulfill all tour rider requirements for food and beverage
- assist with meal service, including setup, supervision, and cleanup when requested by touring groups
- set up and maintain backstage areas with snacks, beverages, waters, and other requested items
- work with the catering department to place catering and supply orders, including making in-person purchases for items that cannot be ordered online
- ensure all rider requirements and catering needs are delivered accurately and on time according to tour schedules
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards in backstage catering areas
- act as a point of contact for catering-related needs during events, providing excellent service to touring personnel
- assist with inventory management of food, beverages, and supplies
- support the catering department with additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
