Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required
- strong work ethic and attention to detail

- food and alcohol service certifications required
Job Duties
- Support front waiters by assisting with table maintenance, food delivery, and guest needs
- ensure tables are properly set, cleared, and reset according to service standards
- assist with timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
- maintain awareness of service flow and guest pacing
- provide courteous, attentive, and professional support to guests
- anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests
- support the overall guest experience through attention to detail
- maintain a calm and professional demeanor during service
- maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas
- assist with polishing glassware, silverware, and tableware
- support opening and closing side work duties
- communicate effectively with service and culinary teams
- work collaboratively with front waiters, bartenders, and support staff
- follow direction from restaurant leadership and service captains
- demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and teamwork
- accept coaching and feedback to support development
- follow all health, safety, sanitation, and food handling standards
- adhere to responsible alcohol service policies
- maintain a safe and clean work environment
- perform additional responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership
- maintain availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
