Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift, handle and carry beverage items, supplies, glass racks, smallwares and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel, stoop, reach and squat on a frequent basis to obtain and store food, beverage items, smallwares and service equipment
  • Must be able to constantly stand and exert well-paced mobility for a period up to four hours in length
  • Must be able to communicate effectively and listen attentively to supervisors, employees and guests

Job Qualifications

  • Must be able to move in a fast paced environment
  • Must be able to stay on ones feet for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate and listen to team members and guests
  • Great customer service skills
  • Restaurant experience a plus
  • Dedicated to working as a team towards one goal

Job Duties

  • Assist servers in providing prompt and polite service to guests
  • Prepare tables for arriving guests
  • Deliver food orders efficiently to tables
  • Ensure beverage refills for guests
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and readiness of dining areas
  • Support overall guest satisfaction through attentive service
