Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years fine dining food and beverage back server experience
  • Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • Open availability
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs

Job Duties

  • Assisting servers, host/hostess and management in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables according to seating plan
  • Maintain light conversation and interaction with guests
  • Polishing silverware and glassware
  • Keeping service areas stocked at all times
  • Communicating with servers and fellow back servers to maintain organization and meet guest needs
  • Keep glasses filled
  • remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
  • Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness
  • Always conduct oneself in a professional manner to reflect the high standards of Bottega Louie
  • Ability to multi-task in a faced paced, high-pressure environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned
