Job Requirements

  • Mandatory to work on all holidays, weekends, nights, and day shifts as needed

Job Qualifications

  • 1-2+ years of food industry positions such as bussing, expediting, hosting, and serving with preference for experience in fine dining restaurant settings
  • beginner knowledge of food and beverage preparation, guest relations, service styles, and etiquette such as appropriate table settings, the order of service, and wine service
  • ability to perform job duties such as carrying plates, moving small furniture, and carrying a full server tray
  • possess a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with all departments and members
  • must be able to quickly learn and adapt to the POS system

Job Duties

  • Assisting front servers, host staff, and management in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables according to seating plan
  • assisting front servers with drink orders, including wines, cocktails, coffee, and tea service
  • running food from expo line to tables and bar
  • keeping service areas and bar stocked at all times
  • communicating with chefs and expo to maintain organization and meet immediate member needs
  • maintain light conversation and interaction with members
  • polishing silverware and glassware
  • additional duties as assigned by supervisor or manager
