Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of two years of food service or related experience
  • Ability to carry and balance trays safely and efficiently
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume dining environment

Job Duties

  • Promptly clear, clean, and set up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silverware for service in a discreet and efficient manner
  • Anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction, and respond quickly and appropriately to guest requests or concerns
  • Pick up food items from the kitchen, check for accuracy and quality, and deliver to guests as directed
  • Stock side stations with linens, china, glassware, silverware, and paper goods
  • replenish condiments and prepare bread service
  • Break down, clean, and set up side stations and back-of-house areas to maintain smooth operations
  • Assist with seating guests and table approaches as needed
  • Assist with water refills and other guest service support tasks
  • Work collaboratively and professionally with coworkers and supervisors to ensure seamless restaurant operations
  • Comply with all Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact
