Job Requirements
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years fine dining food and beverage back server experience
- Must be able to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to lift 35 lbs
- Must be available to work full-time 40 hours per week
- Open availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Assisting servers, hosts, and management in clearing, cleaning, and resetting tables according to seating plan
- Maintain light conversation and interaction with guests
- Polishing silverware and glassware
- Keeping service areas stocked at all times
- Communicating with servers and fellow back servers to maintain organization and meet guest needs
- Keep glasses filled
- remove each round of plates and replenish utensils
- Maintain a high standard of safety and cleanliness
- Always conduct oneself in a professional manner to reflect the high standards of Bottega Louie
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
