Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of two years of food service or related experience
  • ability to carry and balance trays safely and efficiently
  • strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • professional demeanor attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
  • flexibility to work effectively in a fast-paced high-volume dining environment

Job Duties

  • Promptly clear clean and set up tables chairs linens china glass and silverware for service in a discreet and efficient manner
  • anticipate guest needs monitor satisfaction and respond quickly and appropriately to guest requests or concerns
  • pick up food items from the kitchen check for accuracy and quality and deliver to guests as directed
  • stock side stations with linens china glassware silverware and paper goods
  • replenish condiments and prepare bread service
  • break down clean and set up side stations and back of house areas to maintain smooth operations
  • assist with seating guests and table approaches as needed
  • assist with water refills and other guest service support tasks
  • work collaboratively and professionally with coworkers and supervisors to ensure seamless restaurant operations
  • comply with all Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact
