Job Duties
- Promptly clear clean and set up tables chairs linens china glass and silverware for service in a discreet and efficient manner
- anticipate guest needs monitor satisfaction and respond quickly and appropriately to guest requests or concerns
- pick up food items from the kitchen check for accuracy and quality and deliver to guests as directed
- stock side stations with linens china glassware silverware and paper goods
- replenish condiments and prepare bread service
- break down clean and set up side stations and back of house areas to maintain smooth operations
- assist with seating guests and table approaches as needed
- assist with water refills and other guest service support tasks
- work collaboratively and professionally with coworkers and supervisors to ensure seamless restaurant operations
- comply with all Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact
