Job Duties
- Set up and stock product for kitchen stations
- Cook and present dishes according to company recipes
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools
- Follow sanitation standards and comply with legal regulations
- Produce hot and cold dishes with proper portioning and attractive presentation
- Transport foodstuff and utensils as needed to support kitchen operations
- Maintain food quality by proper storage and minimizing spoilage
- Operate and troubleshoot kitchen equipment
- Maintain adequate levels of dishes and utensils
- Segregate and remove waste and participate in recycling and conservation efforts
