Job Duties

  • Set up and stock product for kitchen stations
  • Cook and present dishes according to company recipes
  • Clean, sanitize, and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools
  • Follow sanitation standards and comply with legal regulations
  • Produce hot and cold dishes with proper portioning and attractive presentation
  • Transport foodstuff and utensils as needed to support kitchen operations
  • Maintain food quality by proper storage and minimizing spoilage
  • Operate and troubleshoot kitchen equipment
  • Maintain adequate levels of dishes and utensils
  • Segregate and remove waste and participate in recycling and conservation efforts
