Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years of age upon hire date
  • must be eligible to work in the United States
  • must have reliable transportation
  • ability to handle all equipment, pans, and pots
  • ability to navigate shelving both high and low
  • reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills required
  • ability to work in hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment
  • mobility required during shifts
  • must work well under pressure
  • must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
  • lift up to 50 lbs frequently with or without assistance
  • standing and walking for entirety of shift
  • bend, twist, squat frequently
  • Saturday availability is required

Job Duties

  • handle kitchen equipment, pans, and pots efficiently
  • respond to order changes promptly and efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization in the back of house
  • work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
