- Monitors food for freshness, adherence to recipes, and adjusts seasoning as necessary
- Maintains a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including equipment and utensils
- Adheres to food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Works effectively with other kitchen staff and waitstaff to ensure efficient service and address any issues
