Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a fast food or restaurant kitchen is preferred but not required
- knowledge of basic cooking techniques and kitchen equipment operation
- understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food quality
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- flexibility to work various shifts including weekends evenings and holidays
Job Duties
- prepare menu items according to established recipes and standards
- ensure all food items are cooked and presented according to quality and portion control standards
- operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently such as grills fryers and ovens
- monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked properly
- assemble orders accurately and promptly to meet customer demands
- follow all food safety guidelines and procedures including proper handwashing sanitation and storage practices
- maintain a clean and organized work area including cleaning kitchen surfaces equipment and utensils
