Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- must be eligible to work in the United States
- must have reliable transportation
- ability to handle all kitchen equipment, pans, and pots
- ability to navigate shelving both high and low
- ability to work in a hot, noisy, and fast-paced environment
- mobility required during shifts
- must work well under pressure
- must respond quickly and efficiently to order changes
Job Qualifications
- basic reading, writing, and math skills
- effective verbal communication skills
- ability to work under pressure
- team-oriented and friendly attitude
- willingness to learn and adapt
- bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred
- previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- support the front of house team in food preparation
- ensure food is prepared consistent to company standards
- learn and apply company food preparation procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas
- assist in stocking and inventory management
- respond quickly and accurately to changes or edits to orders
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
