Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- open availability
- ability to stand for long periods
- friendly and energetic personality
- highly motivated
- dumpling experience not required
- experience working with dough such as pastry or pizza is a plus

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in food preparation or kitchen environments is a plus
- strong attention to detail
- good manual dexterity

Job Duties
- Prepares, measures, and cuts dough
- rolls dumpling or bun skins
- stuffs, closes, and arranges dumplings or buns in a steamer
- adds meat and allergen identifiers
- steams dumplings or buns
- maintains a clean working space and dumpling room
- labels all items in accordance with regulations and procedures
- attends monthly staff and dumpling meetings
- keeps all kitchen areas clean and sanitized
- organizes items within walk-in coolers and freezers
- lifts and moves boxes, bags, chairs, and tables up to 50 pounds
- assists with regular deep cleaning of the kitchen
- maintains confidentiality regarding all proprietary information including recipes and SOPs
