Job Duties
- Take personal ownership of the Chick-fil-A brand and purpose
- willingly serve with excellence in all areas of the business including dining room, front counter, drive-thru, or kitchen
- exceed all Food Safety regulations
- adhere to Team Member Handbook policies
- provide remarkable customer service during all guest encounters
- move quickly and with a sense of urgency to meet the needs of guests and the team
- go the second mile to serve guests beyond order taking and fulfilling meals
- proactively seek opportunities to serve, clean, stock, and assist as needed
