Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong communication skills
- basic math skills for handling transactions
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- ability to be mobile and on feet for extended periods
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, lift, wipe, sweep, and mop
- ability to lift and carry weights up to 40 pounds
- strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service
- ability to positively interact with team members and guests
- restaurant or retail experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- greet and assist guests with a friendly attitude
- assist guests at the point of sale
- maintain full and fresh buffets
- clean and maintain the dining room and restrooms
- take orders over the phone
- prepare food safely and maintain kitchen cleanliness
- manage dishwashing area and ensure order accuracy
- provide guest hospitality and safety in the FunZone arcade
- handle FunZone point of sale transactions and maintain prize counter
- keep the FunZone clean and fun
