Job Requirements

  • Successful completion of hourly position validations, including reading training materials
  • Ability to stand or walk 100 percent of the time
  • Ability to work at approximately 36 inch table or stove and reach in approximately 36 inches
  • Ability to perform duties at a continuous high pace while maintaining quality and speed standards
  • Ability to view and read orders from printed tickets 50 percent of the time
  • Ability to lift and carry products up to 50 pounds from floor to above waist level, involving stairs
  • Must be at least 16 years of age

Job Qualifications

  • Beau Jo's will hire aged 16 and older and comply with Colorado Youth Law
  • Previous line cook experience in pizzeria preferred, training provided
  • Ability to read and follow recipes and identify measurements

Job Duties

  • Prepare food items according to our standards of quality, recipe consistency, and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with all health code requirements and company standards
  • Maintain adequate stocking, cleanliness, and organization of work area throughout the day
  • Complete prep tasks as needed according to recipe, procedure, quality and speed standards
  • Operate equipment safely as determined by company safety standards and OSHA regulations
  • Contribute to a positive guest experience by ensuring that the food that leaves the kitchen exceeds expectations and is made accurately
  • Respond to additional guest requests by preparing orders to their specifications
