Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation
- Commitment to teamwork and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to adhere to hygiene and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Working kitchen knowledge
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Ability to work on your feet for 8 or more hours a day
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members
- Must have reliable transportation to work

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Complete closing and weekly cleaning checklists
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Adhere to hygiene and uniform standards
