Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous kitchen or food service experience beneficial but not required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays except when closed
  • Commitment to following hygiene, safety, and uniform standards
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Physical stamina to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
  • Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working kitchen knowledge
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Ability to work on feet for 8+ hours a day
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items weighing up to 35 pounds frequently
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with team members

Job Duties

  • Produce quality dishes efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Maintain proper hygiene and uniform standards

  • Complete closing and weekly cleaning checklists
