Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous kitchen or food service experience a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Physical ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working kitchen knowledge
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Ability to work on your feet for 8+ hours a day
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 35 pounds
  • Ability to maintain positive working relationships with all team members
  • Must have reliable transportation to work
  • Must be 18+ years old for BOH positions

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to Firebirds standards
  • Follow sanitation and safety guidelines strictly
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Collaborate efficiently with team members and management
  • Complete closing duties and weekly cleaning checklists
  • Adhere to personal hygiene and uniform protocols
