Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous kitchen experience a plus but not required
- physical stamina to stand for long hours
- ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols
- strong work ethic and teamwork mindset
- reliable transportation to work
- age 18 or older
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- working kitchen knowledge
- ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- ability to work on feet for 8+ hours a day
- ability to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 35 pounds frequently
- ability to maintain positive working relationships
- must have reliable transportation

Job Duties
- Produce quality dishes efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- adhere to proper hygiene and uniform standards
- practice food safety and equipment handling protocols
- complete closing and weekly cleaning checklists
- collaborate effectively with team members
