Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
  • food handler certification preferred
  • ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • availability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
  • commitment to safety and hygiene standards
  • willingness to learn and adapt in a team setting

  • ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • ability to work on feet for 8+ hours
  • ability to bend, kneel, and lift items up to 35 pounds

Job Duties

  • Produce fast and efficient quality dishes
  • maintain proper hygiene and uniform standards

  • keep workstation neat, clean, and organized
  • complete closing and weekly cleaning checklists

  • restock and organize station as needed
