Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous kitchen or food service experience preferred but not required
  • ability to work flexible schedules including holidays
  • capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • commitment to food safety and hygiene standards
  • physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
  • good teamwork and communication skills
  • age 18 or older

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • working kitchen knowledge
  • ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • ability to work on feet for 8+ hours a day
  • ability to bend, kneel, and lift items frequently weighing up to 35 pounds

Job Duties

  • Prepare scratch-made dishes efficiently and to quality standards
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and stations
  • restock ingredients and supplies as needed
  • adhere to safety protocols when handling food and equipment
  • complete closing and weekly cleaning checklists
  • work collaboratively with kitchen team members in a fast-paced environment
  • follow proper hygiene and uniform standards
