Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous kitchen experience helpful but not required
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
  • Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to work on feet for extended periods
  • Must meet age requirement of 18+

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of kitchen operations
  • Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
  • Physical ability to stand for 8+ hours
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 35 pounds frequently
  • Positive attitude and ability to maintain working relationships

Job Duties

  • Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Follow hygiene and safety protocols
  • Complete closing and weekly cleaning checklists
  • Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Assist with food prep and plating as directed
