Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous kitchen experience helpful but not required
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene standards
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods
- Must meet age requirement of 18+
Job Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Working knowledge of kitchen operations
- Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations
- Physical ability to stand for 8+ hours
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift up to 35 pounds frequently
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain working relationships

- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned stations
- Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
- Follow hygiene and safety protocols
- Complete closing and weekly cleaning checklists
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Assist with food prep and plating as directed
